Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below are relevant to both users of the website, and purchasers of products. Anything outlined on this page will not affect any standard territory rights that may or may not be relevant. 

Rims – No rims/wheels unless otherwise stated are new. They are used, usually very good condition. Condition will be discussed before delivery. A photo will be taken prior to postage to confirm condition of the rims or wheels. Tyres are only to be used if the purchaser deems safe and are used totally at the discretion of the purchaser. No liability will be laid at the Wheel & Tyre shop. 

Returns – Returns are accepted, however once tyres have been fitted or the rims have been fitted to a vehicle, they can no longer be returned. Any postage for returns is to be paid for by the purchaser. 

Website – All data will be stored safely and in compliance with Australian consumer law.
